-Client interview with Goldline Research- Oh you know me, once I get started I can?t stop. I bet I talked to her for 30-45 minutes. I pretty much answered all of her questions before she even asked. I really enjoyed speaking with Pam ? she was a very nice lady! But of course I shared with her how we got so much more than what we had hoped for when we changed accounting firms. I told her that we not only received an accountant who specializes in medicine, dentistry and veterinary medicine (which is a novelty in the Columbus area) but we also got a medical practice resource, management resource, a network group and a support system. She asked how frequently we met and I told her religiously once a month for the management meetings at your office and shared what the agendas consisted of and what was offered at the meetings. I also told her about the scheduled monthly on-site billing and business meetings which were specific to our practice. But I also advised about how you are included in every meeting with potential physicians, attorneys and contractors. Pretty much anything that involves contracts, finances or negotiations ? you were there. She asked what services you provided and I told her about the full gamut, and told her what we use specifically but that other practices use the others (payroll, accounts payable, etc.). I really bragged about the spreadsheets and monthly reports. I told her what a huge relief it is for me and the physician to know that no matter what happens to me, Advanced Practice Management is able to step in and keep all aspects of the practice running smoothly. That you are acquainted with the staff and our processes. On a personal note, I told her that it was very important to me that I can contact you any time, anywhere about anything and will always receive an answer or be pointed in the right direction. I also shared with her the personal support you provide to your providers and managers through the relationships that evolve through the stress relief and coping tools you offer. Pam asked if we would refer you to other physicians. I did tell her about BIC and their ideas for forming a new group, and how they did not agree or accept your assessment of the foreseeable problems and therefore you choose not to be a part of their impending doom. To sum it up, I said that it was a package deal that can’t be found anywhere else in the Columbus area, and that I know no matter what my career future holds, I can only work for a practice that has EMR and BB & A on their team. Oh, and I did mention that I absolutely loved working with everyone there!
